urgently needed before 5pm monday

i have to come up with 410.00 before 5pm monday to cover 2 months of light bills on home and shop.i have tried all the places around here and nothing even online i emailed our governor also nothing please can you help us out when able i will repay you. paypal is all i have it is igiveup1231@iwon.com god bless if you help us and god bless if you dont thank you

I WENT TO THERE OFFICE YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD YOU HAD TO GET FOOD STAMPS TO GET THE LIHEAP CHECK HERE I DO NOT KNOW IF SHE IS RIGHT OR WRONG BUT WE DID NOT GET ONE.SHE SAID IF WE WERE TO GET ONE WE WOULD OF BEEN CALLED IN TO FILL OUT A PAPER FOR IT AND WE WERE NOT.RIGHT NOW I HAVE GOTTEN NO HELP NOT EVEN A PENNY WE ARE USING A SMALL GENARATOR TIL IT RUNS OUT OF GAS THANK YOU
